NOAH ANDERSON
Founder & Managing Partner
Prior to founding SECTOR Advisors, Noah was a Vice President at Citizens M&A Advisory, a top 20 merger & acquisition advisory firm where he worked in the technology group. He has been advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions for over 15 years and has worked with some of the world's leading technology, healthcare, and consumer companies.
Mr. Anderson was previously a Managing Director at Tangent Capital Partners, a merchant bank in New York City. At Tangent Capital, Noah ran the M&A group and helped clients successfully raise capital and completed M&A transactions both on the buyside and sellside.
Previously, Noah was a Director at Axial Networks in which he was instrumental in helping build the firm's M&A and capital markets networks. Prior to Axial, Noah was a Vice President at Aleutian Capital Partners and played a vital role in building the firm's sellside business. Noah started his career at the Georgia House of Representatives, House Budget Office as a Budget Analyst.
Noah received his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University. Noah holds Series 7, 63, and 79 FINRA securities licenses.
THOMAS MAHONEY
Senior Managing Director
Tom has over 30 years of experience in the alternative investments industry and has raised over $7 billion for hedge funds, private equity funds and corporate private equity financings since 1985.
In addition to leading several global hedge fund and private equity investment banking teams at major Wall Street firms, most recently Tom served as Managing Director with Compass Advisers Group, LLC and earlier served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Alternative Investments with Gabelli & Partners, a subsidiary of Gabelli Asset Management. At Gabelli, he was instrumental in the launch of several new hedge funds with global institutional investors (proprietary single and multi-strategy funds, separate accounts and offshore fund of funds) as well as a doubling of alternative assets under management to over $1 billion. Prior to Gabelli, during a ten-year tenure with Merrill Lynch, Tom created the firm's global hedge fund capital raising business as well as the industry-leading preferred stock capital markets franchise. Tom subsequently led Deutsche Bank’s industry pre-eminent technology private equity financing business, while also raising private equity funds and structuring strategy-diversified hedge fund portfolios for non-U.S. institutional investors. Tom also founded PaineWebber’s Private Equity Group and was a member of the Investment Committee for an investment partnership for Investment Banking Division employees. He started his career in international M&A at Dillon Read. Tom is an Advisory Board member of StratiFi Technologies Inc., a financial services focused software developer.
Mr. Mahoney earned an A.B. degree in chemistry from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and was a Research Fellow in Synthetic Organic Chemistry at MIT. He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 FINRA securities licenses.
EYAL ZADIK
Senior Advisor
Eyal is an accomplished operations, strategy and investment executive with broad experience in the healthcare, technology and finance market sectors.
Serving as chief operations & strategy officer for healthcare and technology companies, Eyal oversaw the strategy and day-to-day operations and was responsible for the ongoing restructuring and turn-around of the companies. He worked to ensure the companies were strategically positioned and effectively structured to drive long-term growth and have positive sustained impact.
Prior to focusing on operations, he served as director of corporate development and strategy at Vantage Oncology, a leading oncology healthcare company (acquired by McKesson), as well as a director in private equity firms specializing and serving the healthcare and technology sectors.
He started his career in technology and finance, heading the research and development for a software development company that offered technology solutions for short-term trading.
Eyal received his MBA with a concentration in finance from Columbia University.
